5. The client's request should be made in writing or electronically.
6. We will provide a list of services tailored to the client's needs and the amount required.
7. These packages will only be charged once, but for third party services such as domain and hosting, the client will have to pay monthly or annually depending on the package fee selected and if the service is rescheduled due to non-payment for any renewal The Company does not accept any liability.
8. Only if you are satisfied with our services and our fees will you agree to the terms and conditions of our organization and sign the account documents.
9. Account Document As mentioned above, we have to pay an advance (domain and hosting) of 25% of the total cost of the project to the company. Work on the project will commence after payment of the advance.
10. If you leave the project for any reason, your advance will not be refunded. However, if the cancellation occurs within a significant number of days, or for a justifiable reason, Goldbizhub may be asked to consider
paying the full advance or part thereof, and will not make a full refund. 13. All the websites will be SEO optimized. If you want result oriented and ranking based optimized designs, then take our SEO Plan as an addon with the website.
14. Domain and hosting are registered only in the name of the business owner or authorized person and we are not responsible for the person providing the registration information by the client.
15. Payments for domain and hosting will only be made from the client's account.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, phone number provided at the time the order was made. Account Cancellation

Upon your request we agree to deactivate your account and you will not be able to use your email again to create another user account. We do not refund the amount you paid when closing / deactivating your account. Account re activation after cancellation will not always possible.
